Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?




We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Personal & Corporate Chief Operations Office business in Switzerland.




You'll get to:

support senior project/product managers in their daily work use data and insights to develop and enhance new products liaise with multiple stakeholders to adapt products to the Contact Center needs

Your team

You'll be working in the Personal & Corporate Global Multichannel Contact Center Services team, who is responsible to build smart services that are used by clients and contact center staff. The global setup will give you the opportunity to work in an international environment delivering in an agile way.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:

has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree) has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines shares our passion for digital and human customer service is fluent in English, German is an advantage

Your program

This paid internship will last six months. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.



You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
