Job Summary

Business Development, Marketing and Product Support professionals across the enterprise help our dealers and customers succeed in their business through the promotion and selling of Electric Power Generation products and services, including market research and advertising to the industries we serve.


What will your role be about:



Pair with our industry consultant to assist in the preparation of the 2026 events. Develop a customer connection recommendation by analyzing campaign and sizing tool data. Extract 3 priorities regions/countries form market data, to target market development activities.

What is the Electric Power Team about:




The recruiting group is the Electric Power business development group for Europe, Africa, Middle East and Central Asia region. It is a customer-facing group that Grow

What You Have:



Strong analytical skills:

advanced on excel and other IT/analytical tools

Customer Focus:

Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Effective Communications:

Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Problem Solving:

Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Relationship Management:

Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

What would be a plus:



CRM experience such as Salesforce.com Project management skills Previous experience in similar industries Languages: Eastern Europe languages would be a plus (Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Slavik languages)

Program Qualifications:



Must be enrolled full time at university/college in one of the following degree programs: Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or General Engineering, Technical or related business/technical field degrees or similar Graduation date must be August 2026 and beyond Must be willing & able to travel

This is a full- time (40 hours per week) 6-month internship February 1st, 2026 - July 31st, 2026.

The EAME commercial internship program will help you:



Build foundational knowledge of Caterpillar, its products, services and customers. Grow personally and professionally through soft skills development and hands-on technical training. Collaborate with experts in product development, dealer management, marketing, and sales, etc.
