You'll get to:



support Digital Transformation through the re-imagining of how we work, and how we bring our services to UBS's clients. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

develop product strategy in line with market, regulatory and technology trends

put the client experience at the center of what we do and connect across the organization service & product development through monitoring and understanding client, regulatory and market changes prioritize and manage book of work with key stakeholders

In Operations we are the experts in how the firm operates.




You will be working both as part of the service management and close to the Functional Management experts within Client Lifecycle & Servicing, P&C Operations in Zurich where you will be working with Operations teams all over Switzerland managing services and processes both from a change as well as from a maintenance perspective. This role also requires you to build a strong network across the firm to ensure efficient and effective front-to-back processes.

Your expertise




We're looking for a candidate who:



has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system

has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines has good communication skills and is comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels has a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you're a people person) has sharp analytical and problem-solving skills has a structured work style, confident working autonomously has excellent German and English skills

Your program




Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of personal and corporate banking. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You'll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you're ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
