For our customer located in Basel and Remote we are currently looking for a: LDC Solution Design Manager - LDC SCM Design Manager - Manufacturing / Own Warehouse Integration Manager (m/f/d)

• Location: Remote 90%, 10% onsite Basel
• Branch: Pharma
• Duration: asap - 30.08.2026
• Contract as Freelancer: Do you have your own registerd company that enables you to invoice us the worked hours based on the hourly all-in-rate as a freelancer (mandatory for this role)?
• or Swiss payroll if you are located in Switzerland

Tasks & Responsibilities
In this role you are working as the integration Manager between
Manufacturing Team and the logistics Own Warehouse team. The focus
will be the staging process from WH to production and back. This includes
structuring of content (incl. leading workshops), work, follow-ups and
closure of related tasks.
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP EWM/Manufacturing consultant
with PM skills.

• Verifying the existing core model for the staging process and the

respective solutions related to own warehouse and manufacturing
integration based on SAP EWM together with the Own Warehouse
and Manufacturing. * Involvement of Global business process owner for Logistics and Manufacturing when preparing proposal for areas for improvement.

• Prepare the staging process roadmap for the upcoming releases based on existing core processes and solutions
• Helping to develop Logistic process integration with Manufacturing not based on eWM like IM managed
• Preparing with the team's project tasks in conceptual design, build, UAT testing & training, cutover & hyper care phase according to need within the team

Must Haves

• Several years of experience of SAP implementation projects and deployments of the SAP EWM solution with integration into the manufacturing processes and systems like MES, preferably Korber Pas-X.
• Various years' Experience in implementing own warehouse setups with integration of manufacturing and understanding to translate

process requirements into solution and being able to verify if the solution meets the business requirements. * Experience with automated Warehouse systems.

• Committed against timelines within the given time frame in a fast- paced project environment
• Being able to lead people and advise the team
• Structure and distribute tasks that touch several functions/teams
• Ability to work independently and in a structured and careful manner.

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing work environment.
• High degree of teamwork and quality orientation
• Ability to operate in a global matrix environment
• Capability to moderate workshops with business champions to work on requirements and challenge them if required
• Being able to talk and present to higher management within LDC and outside of LDC, to retrieve guidance and force decisions
