*min 2 years experience in Cafe/restaurant

We're looking for an enthusiastic team member, who is passionate about cakes&coffee while delivering great customer service.

As a server&barista your main duties and responsibilities will be serving our guests food and beverages with a positive attitude, dealing with customer queries or complaints and having the responsibility of opening and closing the shop!

Working hours are between 9.00am-6.00pm, Mon-Sat. at 60% schedule.

Below are what makes a great candidate:

Min. 3 years experience working in a Cafe, Restaurant or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista or Bartender Experience in taking responsibility, managing opening and closing tasks with excellence Excellent command of French

AND

English (min. B2 level English is must) Having a valid work permit in Switzerland Able to work autonomously as well as being a team-member Preferably experienced in preparing light food (salads, sandwiches, etc.) Experience in patisserie (production and/or serving) is a plus Paying attention to details, showing ownership and willing to learn new things Confidence in delivering great service, having can-do attitude with a smiling face and always willing to help out where needed Passion for providing positive guest experiences, you will be someone who loves to interact with our guests
