Stellenbeschreibung

F\\xc3\\xbchrung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsabteilung des zugeteilten Bereichs

Verantwortung f\\xc3\\xbcr die Zielerreichung unter Ber\\xc3\\xbccksichtigung der entsprechenden KPI

Verantwortung betreffend Arbeitssicherheit, Qualit\\xc3\\xa4tssicherung und Leistung

Personal- und Kapazit\\xc3\\xa4tsplanung (Fest- und Tempor\\xc3\\xa4rangestellte sowie Schichtarbeitende)

Schnittstellenmanagement zu anderen Abteilungen

Reporting an den Gesamtleiter Produktion

Stellvertretung von anderen Abteilungsleitern in der Produktion

Permanente Verbesserung der Prozesse und leiten von Optimierungsprojekten

Erwartetes Profil

• Mindestens 4-5 Jahre Erfahrung als Leiter oder Teamleiter Produktion im Lebensmittelsegment
• Fundiertes technisches Verst\\xc3\\xa4ndnis und Flair f\\xc3\\xbcr Prozessoptimierungen
• Grundausbildung im Bereich Lebensmittel oder Technik mit Weiterbildung auf Stufe FH/HF und der
• entsprechenden Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie
• Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Qualit\\xc3\\xa4tssicherung und Arbeitssicherheit
• Sehr gutes technisches Verst\\xc3\\xa4ndnis
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
