Access Strategy Leader
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: 2 years, with possible extension
Home Office: Up to 2 days per week
Team size: ~30 people

Tasks & Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner within the Global Access & Policy organization and Life Cycle Management Teams.

Define, lead, and manage multiple strategic access projects throughout the product life cycle.

Collaborate closely with global, regional, and local teams to promote an ?Access by Design? mindset and develop integrated access strategies.

Co-create evidence, pricing, and policy strategies for high medical value solutions.

Support affiliates and regions in implementing global access strategies and measure success through patient access, reimbursement rates, and health policy outcomes.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Economics, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field (MBA or higher degree preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Access within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.

Experience at both global and affiliate levels and in cross-functional roles.

Strategic thinker with strong self-management and motivation.

Fluency in English.
