What you will do at Parashift
As a Parashift Enterprise Segment Account Executive, you'll contribute to expanding our footprint in the AI-driven document automation market, driving enterprise and mid-market sales across Europe. Your role will be instrumental in fueling our growth by securing high-value clients, building lasting relationships, and positioning Parashift's cutting-edge platform as the go-to solution in the fast-evolving document processing automation space. Collaborating closely with the Head of Sales, SDRs and Marketing, you'll champion our vision and solidify Parashift's leadership in the industry. Here's what you'll do:
Expand the client portfolio by adding enterprise and mid-market clients
, focusing on converting leads into clients.
Spearhead strategic sales initiatives
, transforming qualified prospects into lasting partnerships through targeted outreach and consultative approaches.
Deliver customized product demonstrations
, aligning Parashift's platform features with client objectives to showcase tangible business impact.
Negotiate and finalize high-value, multi-year agreements
(typically $300K+), navigating complex technical sales processes with multiple decision-makers.
Foster enduring, trust-driven relationships
with clients through proactive, solution-focused communication and consistent follow-ups.
Oversee pipeline management

What You Bring to Parashift's Success
The ideal candidate brings:
Sales experience
: 5+ years in technical B2B salespreferably SaaS/software.
RfP:
You are experienced in answering RfPs and you have a deep understanding of enterprise evaluation processes
Proven delivery:
You have excelled in high-growth environments such as Start-ups and have a proven sales track record.
Education
: Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Information Technology
AI/tech knowledge
: Familiarity with AI and enterprise tech solutions.
ERP/DMS insight
: Understanding of ERP, DMS, and automation markets.
Communication
: Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
Fast learner
: Quick to grasp concepts and adapt.
Organized
: Self-motivated, responsible, and reliable.
