Our

2-year Sales Development Program

is designed for curious, driven people who want to build hands-on skills in both technology and consulting. You'll learn by doing--working on real client projects that matter, and developing your abilities in sales, low-code development, and digitalization.

What You'll Do



From day one, you'll be part of our team--creating digital solutions for Swiss companies and helping drive their adoption. In this program, you'll learn to:

Develop smart internal business applications using modern low-code tools. Understand client needs and craft solutions that deliver real value. Connect with decision-makers and build trusted relationships. Communicate and negotiate to create win-win outcomes. Hit clear sales targets that help drive our growth--and your own.

Who We're Looking For



We don't expect you to know everything on day one. But you should be:

? A self-starter who loves to learn by doing.

? Motivated and target-oriented--with a passion for sales.

? Curious about technology and how it transforms businesses.

? A great communicator, comfortable talking with people from all backgrounds.

Fluent in French or German

? Able to work from our

Zurich office at least 50%

of the time.
