Account Manager Sales (HORECA)
to strengthen our dynamic team.
How will you make a difference?
As an Account Manager Sales (HORECA), you will play a key role in developing and expanding our presence within the
hospitality and gastronomy sector
. By building authentic and long-term partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and catering professionals, you will represent the voice of AVU SA and bring our world-class wines to the forefront of the HORECA market.
You will identify new opportunities, negotiate and close sales agreements, and ensure that every client interaction reflects the quality and refinement of our wines. Supported by our expert teams in operations and logistics, you will deliver an impeccable customer experience while driving business growth.
Your mission
Be the trusted partner for our HORECA clients, offering tailored and expert-level wine recommendations
Proactively seek new business opportunities and expand our HORECA client base
Manage and grow key accounts through strong, long-term relationships
Negotiate sales agreements and ensure targets are met and exceeded
Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the hospitality sector
Act as a true ambassador of AVU SA within the HORECA world
What makes you a perfect match
Fluent in
German or French
(English required; Italian is a plus)
Proven sales and account management experience, ideally within the
HORECA industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in a
target-driven environment
with ability to exceed sales goals
Passion for fine wine and willingness to continuously learn (training provided)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Team player with an international mindset
