PIPECARE Group is one of the leading in-line inspection companies worldwide with over 20 years of experience providing in-line inspection is looking for an Accountant with administrative functions [Accountant cum Admin] to join our team.
Accountant with administrative functions is responsible for supporting the Senior Finance team in accomplishing the responsibilities of the accounts department including various general accounting and administrative tasks.
We are only considering the candidates who are based in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities

• Assist in maintaining accounts payables and receivables
• Overseeing pre-approved PIPECARE Europe budget
• Monitoring and approval of PIPECARE Europe travel plans
• PIPECARE Zug [or Baar] office budget and administration [incl. support with office setup]
• Payments of general expenses [office, internet , stationary etc..]
• Communication with banks [when needed]
• Support Operations Department in manpower resource allocations [~5-7 ppl]
• Reporting to HQ and assurance receipts against expenses are filed
• Compilation of bank accounts
• Employment contracts [maintaining drafts, and preparing new - few needed]
• Maintenance of records for employees
• Personal assistance to PIPECARE Europe Director [meetings/arrangements/Minutes of Meeting/follow ups etc]

Skills/Experience:

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance
• Experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable function is mandatory
• 3+ years of experience working with reputed organization
• Working knowledge of any ERP; Oracle E-Business Suite R12 is an advantage
• Knowledge of payroll accounting
• With analytical skills, well-disciplined and good communication skills
• Computer literate (MS Office, Accounting programs)

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
• Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
• Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
• Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
• Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.

Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL): Detects and sizes general corrosion and metal loss anomalies, especially circumferentially oriented.
Transverse Field Inspection (TFI): Detects and sizes general corrosion and metal loss anomalies, primarily axially oriented.
Ultrasound (UT): Detects and sizes general and other metal loss anomalies with high depth sizing accuracy.
