Accounting Clerk 50-80% (f/m/d) wanted - For our client, in Schaffhausen we are looking for an Accounting Clerk, who will actively support the team until the end of September 2025 and actively shape the future development of the company. Your tasks as an accounting clerk 50-80% (f/m/d)

• Processing vendor statements for multiple companies in the vendor workflow.
• Support and active optimization of digital accounting processes.
• Monitoring and processing of open cases and facts.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Execution of master data maintenance.
• Support and sparring for our apprentices.

Your profile

• You have completed basic commercial training.
• You have solid experience in accounting, ideally in the field of trade.
• Knowledge of the workflow is mandatory.
• Her way of working is precise, structured and independent.
• Good MS Office skills are a prerequisite, knowledge of Navision/Business Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• German is your mother tongue.
