Responsibilities include overseeing daily accounting, handling payments and tax declarations, participating in budgeting and cash flow planning, finalizing accounts, consolidating records, and supporting financial reporting and administrative duties. For our client, a Single Family Office, we are currently looking for a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager
Description
Responsibilities:
Management of the accounting activities for the Family Office and family owned entities, inclusive a Swiss charitable foundation.

• Coordinate, secure, and ensure the reliability of accounting operations.
• Oversee daily accounting for the family's owned assets and private companies (exceptions to be set ailed later on) .
• Manage and process company and family invoices and payments, including those related to personal assets and properties.
• Prepare VAT declarations.
• Prepare draft income taxes declarations in coordination and under supervision of the family tax advisors.
• Participate in budget building and cash flow management for the family and companies.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Account for salaries, social security contributions, and withholding taxes.
• Close and finalize accounts.
• Consolidate accounting records, including the consolidation of personal entities belonging to family members.
• Implement and monitor financial reporting (, Jet Reports).
• Carry out various administrative tasks.

• Proven experience and expertise in Swiss accounting.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and practices.
• 8-10 years of experience as an accountant.
• Experience in managing multi-entity accounting and analytical accounting.
• Interest in family office structures and operations.
• Rigorous, flexible, and autonomous.
• Fluent in French and English.
