Accounting Specialist
Oerlikon Riri, parte del gruppo internazionale Oerlikon e punto di riferimento nel settore del lusso per la produzione di accessori metallici di alta qualita, ricerca un/una Accounting Specialist da inserire nel team Finance nella sede di Mendrisio.
La persona selezionata, rispondendo all' Accounting Coordinator si occupera di contabilita generale, redazione del bilancio, contabilita fornitori e clienti, tesoreria e commissioni di vendita.
Le Principali Attivita Saranno

• Contabilita fornitori e fatturazione clienti
• Fatturazione elettronica
• Registrazione e riconciliazione dei pagamenti di clienti e fornitori
• Contabilita IVA e gestione della conformita fiscale
• Recupero crediti in collaborazione con l'ufficio vendite e i country manager
• Riconciliazione mensile dei conti bancari e di cassa
• Pagamenti intercompany e riconciliazione dei saldi intercompany
• Preparazione di report di tesoreria giornalieri e mensili
• Riconciliazione e pagamento delle commissioni di vendita
• Preparazione della reportistica mensile: stato patrimoniale e conto economico

La Risorsa Ideale Ha

• Laurea in discipline economiche o equivalente
• Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo
• Conoscenza approfondita dei principi contabili e della normativa finanziaria
• Conoscenza di Tagetik o strumenti BI similari
• Ottima conoscenza di Excel, SAP e AS400
• Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (B2/C1)

Costituira titolo preferenziale un'esperienza maturata in contesti produttivi strutturati.
Precisione, affidabilita, flessibilita e capacita di lavorare in team completano il profilo, insieme a buone doti relazionali e comunicative.
