The local office in Zug was established in 2023 as we expand into Europe and other regions, beginning with the PRIME hydration range.

The role

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. The individual will report to the Head of Accounting Operations International and will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable Team based in Zug. You will oversee all Accounts Payable matters for the international office.

Key responsibilities

• Staff, oversee and manage all activities related to accounts payable, vendor management, processing of vendor invoices, employee expense claims and VAT compliance and reporting \\n
• Liaise with other departments to ensure all financial information is appropriately tracked and accounted for \\n
• Lead the month-end close process for his/her areas of responsibility and assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements and other financial reporting documents \\n
• Review account reconciliations, complex accounting estimates and related journal entries\\n
• Analyse variances, trends and identify inconsistencies as part of the monthly financial review process\\n
• Assist with the implementation of the Company\\xe2\\x80\\x99s ERP system and develop adequate internal controls for his/her areas of responsibility\\n

Key skills and experience required

• \\n
• 3 - 4 years of experience in the Finance area of Accounts Payable\\n
• 1 - 2 years of leadership experience\\n
• Strong Microsoft Office excel skills\\n
• Work to be performed in English; additional languages would be a plus\\n
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple responsibilities\\n
