YOUR TASKS \\xf0\\x9f\\x93\\x93

Your mission:

Maximize sell-out by implementing marketing & activation strategy, taking care of

L\\xe2\\x80\\x99Or\\xc3\\xa9al Luxe brand portfolio during Hallmarks.
  • Execution and local adaptation of hallmarks campaigns and promotions defined by DACH
  • Manage seasonal product animations at local level for Luxe Portfolio
  • Organizing and preparing client events and workshops (Xmas)
  • Maintaining overview on key trends and risks in the cosmetics market
  • Preparing marketing and promotional material
  • Coordination and presentation of campaigns to retailers
  • Continuously reviewing and analyzing sell-out campaigns
  • Developing, and implementing a L\\xe2\\x80\\x99Or\\xc3\\xa9al Luxe Incentives strategyeveloping, and implementing a L\\xe2\\x80\\x99Or\\xc3\\xa9al Luxe Incentives strategy for the Swiss Market
  • Ensure local customer needs are reflected in the DACH promotion plan
  • Manage seasonal & occasional in L\\xe2\\x80\\x99Or\\xc3\\xa9al Luxe Brand Development Projects
  • Manager, brand activation wise, the Pure Players growth development
YOUR PROFILE
  • You already have some professional experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry or in the luxury sector and have a good sense of customer and consumer needs.
  • You are fluent in German (or Swiss German), French and English.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are proactive, independent and reliable. You do not hesitate to manage and implement your projects with empowerment and drive.
  • You are a strong communicator, with good interpersonal skills, and love to motivate others for your brands and projects and to implement them in a team.
  • You are generally interested in trends and observe consumer behavior with curiosity.
