Position Summary: In this role, you will play a key part in providing essential administrative support and office coordination for our team. You will collaborate with your colleagues to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the achievement of our objectives.

Key Responsibilities: As an Administrative Assistant, your tasks will include:
  • Coordinating documents and correspondence, utilising tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborating with others to review and enhance documents for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Assisting in travel arrangements and timely completion of expense reports.
  • Gathering, entering, and formatting accurate data into electronic tools.
  • Interacting with internal stakeholders, guiding them to the appropriate resources.
  • Responding to inquiries via email and phone with guidance from your supervisor.
  • Entering payment requests into the accounting system, aiding accounts payable and payees as needed.
  • Engaging in continuous improvement processes and implementing changes with direction from your supervisor.
  • Building a network within the department to foster efficient information exchange.
  • Handling responsibilities with utmost confidentiality.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
  • Participating in authorised on and off-site meetings and group activities.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods and operate a computer.
  • Occasional travel may be required primarily for meetings.
