We are seeking a

Medior/Senior AEM Tech Lead

to reinforce the client Intranet stream. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Geneva, offering the opportunity to work closely with both EPAM and client teams.


This position offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with the client, understand their business needs and translate them into robust, scalable and high-performing AEM solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive the technical design and end-to-end delivery of AEM-based solutions Provide deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, Assets, OSGi, Sling and JCR Develop and maintain AEM architecture, templates, components and workflows Integrate AEM with APIs, headless AEM and third-party systems Utilize Java, HTML, JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks to deliver robust solutions Implement Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices Ensure performance, security and scalability in all technical solutions

Requirements

Proven experience as an AEM Tech Lead or similar role Strong knowledge of AEM (Sites, Assets, OSGi, Sling, JCR) Proficiency in Java, HTML, JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks Experience with AEM architecture, templates, components and workflows Hands-on experience with API integration, headless AEM and third-party systems Familiarity with Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices Comfortable working directly with clients on their premises Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions Fluent in French
