Your Tasks


Advice internal and external international production sites for PC-12 structural quality notifications, deviations, of metallic airframe parts and assemblies Prepare, check and approve dispositions for structural deviations including the substantiation by classical analysis and using the existing finite element models Prepare risk assessments for structural deviations, perform cause analysis and initiate corrective actions to prevent structural deviations Prepare, check and approve technical memos and certification engineering report, production instructions and acceptance criteria for process specifications and approve drawing and parts list changes related for above corrective actions Identify quality notification process optimization

With this you convince us


Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with focus on aircraft structures, or equivalent Sound knowledge in classical stress analysis Familiarity with NASTRAN, FEMAP as well as safe life and damage tolerance analysis knowledge would be an advantage English Level B2; German Level A2 would be an advantage Flexible, innovative and able to work on tight deadlines and changing priorities
