Research & Development

The software engineering teams of BUCHI are responsible to build and maintain customer centric and integrated solution for our cyber-physical products in close collaboration with the business partners and customers. As an Agile Coach your ultimate goal is to arm people and agile teams with the right knowledge, tools and training so that they\\\'ll be able to use agile to its full potential. We are looking for a talent who will help, train and coach teams on agile / lean methodologies as well as fostering a relentless learning culture.

• Coach and train people and teams in agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
• Integrate related methodologies within the company
• Develop standards and requirements for the agile ?processes\"
• Provide training to employees on agile principles and values
• Help teams navigate agile tools and software

What skills do you need to bring?

• BSc degree in computer science or relevant field
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban
• Preferably first experiences with SAFe
• Proven experience as a Scrum master or as an agile coach
• Knowledge of agile software development practices (SDLC, BizDevSecOps)
• Good written and verbal communication (English)
