Agile Coach - SAFe / LACE / Logistik / IT

Project:

As Head of the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) according to SAFe, you will be a key driver of agile transformation in IT and logistics services. With foresight and pragmatism, you will ensure that structures, processes, and leadership principles are aligned with flow, focus, and customer value. (Reference number 924557RF).

Responsibilities:

In this role:

You will establish the LACE team and lead it professionally and methodically. Are you transforming the I/T and logistics services areas based on SAFe? You will work closely with business owners, RTEs, product managers, and executives to strengthen the organization along the value streams. You design coaching and communication structures to anchor the change sustainably. You will support leadership teams in applying agile principles and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Together with a working group, you will ensure compatibility (interface management, financing, etc.) with the existing operating model of the I/T Post.

Requirements:

What you bring to the table:

Several years of experience in the agile transformation of large organizations, ideally as a Transformation Lead or Change Manager In-depth expertise in SAFe implementations and SPC (advanced) certified Practical experience in building and managing a Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) Deep understanding of Value Stream Management, Lean Portfolio Management, and Business Agility Ability to align business and IT towards common goals Convincing communication, moderation and coaching skills Enjoyment in guiding complex organizations on their path to greater agility, including assertiveness. You communicate fluently and stylistically in German and English, both orally and in writing. Any additional language skills are an advantage.
