An exciting opportunity to work on a new, leading edge technology that uses AI to create breakthrough performance and quality for Intel 3D graphics and gaming. You will design and develop deep learning solutions for 3D gaming, with focus on advanced techniques to provide dramatic performance and quality boost. Working together with AI and Graphics engineers, you will contribute to Research and development of core AI algorithms, AI dataset creation and visual quality assessment. This is a position with multiple opportunities to help define the direction of this exciting technology.\\n

Qualifications

Required skills:

\\n
  • \\n
  • BS, MS, or PhD in fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or other related fields.

    \\n
  • 5+ years of Deep Learning and AI algorithm Research and Development experience.

    \\n
  • Solid math, problem solving and algorithm design skills.

    \\n
  • Knowledge of Deep Learning network architectures, frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, knowledge state-of-the-art AI algorithms and principles. Proven ability to create new AI model architectures, extend AI frameworks with advanced features, and train AI models. Expertise in optimization techniques for neural networks to deliver real-time, lightweight and capable AI models.

  • Experience with real-time 3D rendering, image processing and/or computer vision domains.

    \\n
  • Hands-on experience in designing and fine-tuning domain-specific AI training and testing datasets in multidimensional image/media processing and/or 3D rendering domains.

  • Advanced Python and GPU programming skills (CUDA, OpenCL, DPC++).

    \\n
  • Solid written and spoken English skills are necessary to facilitate effective communication within our diverse, global team.

The following skills will be a plus:

  • \\n
  • Expertise in state-of-the-art techniques in real-time rendering, optimization techniques such as temporal antialiasing, super-sampling, super-resolution, ray tracing denoising or frame generation.

  • Solid understanding of modern GPU HW architectures, with skills to optimize AI algorithms and GPU kernels leveraging HW specifics

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. \\n In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.\\n
