Eight strategic responsibilities:

1) Market Relationships

You will maintain a close connection to our market, industry, and customers, listening and learning. Stay in touch with AI experts, media, coopetition specialists, technology thought leaders, and adjacent experts.

2) AI Agent Relations

You will build a close and social relationship with your agents who help you keep timelines, provide insights, write your reports and plans, and feed you with research. While you lead your agents and closely review their responses, they will soon feel more like an artificial companion than a machine.

3) Product Design

Coordinating, organizing, and moderating product design meetings with top stakeholders, and our visionary design philosophy with market needs.

4) Product Requirements Doc

To prepare the development team with clearly defined requirements, intentions, context and an expected outcome, you will craft PRDs. Engineering teams and their AI systems will build what you and we envision. This includes mockups for screen design and workflows for how the product may flow.

5) Training

You provide training programs and documentation, including the respective training material.

6) Go-to-Market Material

You will provide go-to-market matertial incl. product descriptions, flyer, social media promotions, events, and more with the help of AI in less than one day.

7) AI Agent Skill Development

Based on your work experience and the agent collaboration experience of our customers, you will help the Agent Design Teams further develop those agents and create new agents for solutions that would not be possible without them.

8) Customer Success

You are successful when customers describe our solutions as outstanding.



About you


2+ years as a software product manager in the high-tech industry. You have the common sense to identify opportunities and differentiate between the best possible and good enough. Collaborate with other top experts and expert communities in the field Live long learning qualities, such as continuously enhancing your relevant experience levels.

Experience with Agentic AI. A good understanding of the possibilities that Open AI APIs offer. LLMs, LAMs, Vector Databases The curiosity to find ways to use AI in ways that have never been tried.
LINGUISTIC / NEURO LINGUISTIC SKILLS


If you happen to have some (Neuro) Linguistic Skills, they are a plus. The Mind-Machine-Connection appreciates language knowledge - much deeper than our day to day conversation.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT MANAGEMENT SKILLS


Proven work experience as a software product manager and a good understanding of databases, including vector databases, as well as programming languages such as Python, ColdFusion, C++... Experience working with cloud-based software and its demand for heightened security, GDPR, and DevOps. Graphical and visualization talent for mockup creation, process flowcharts, and architecture diagrams.
GENERAL HIGH TECH P.M. SKILLS


You are fluent in English and German Strong writing abilities to communicate complex or challenging functionality to engineers and potential users. Excellent communication & presentation skills, including working with cross-functional teams, customers, prospects, market analysts, and top-level executives. You are Swiss or have a Swiss work permit.
