Are you passionate about innovative and excellent airport customer services? We are looking for a talented and driven colleague to join our dynamic team and to make an immediate impact for our guests at SWISS and the Lufthansa Group.
  • Analyze customer needs, travel experience and satisfaction levels as well as quality and costs of existing ground services und airport terminal infrastructure
  • Derive the need for action from analysis, strategy, benchmark comparison and exchange with stakeholders
  • Develop ideas and procedures for the innovation and/or optimization of ground services and airport terminal infrastructure
  • Assess technology and market potentials, set service objectives, collect KPIs, make data-based decisions, develop ideas up to board approval coordinated with interface departments
  • Design new ground services, define requirements, plan and execute implementation and continuously monitor their success using KPIs / OKR
  • Represent our interests and portfolio in working groups and within the company

Requirements

Managing complex topics and projects in a dynamic environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders is your strength. You are passionate about delivering the best experience for our customers and are happy to go the extra mile to achieve this (ready to travel for work).
  • University or college degree, ideally in business administration or service management - or comparable work experience
  • >3 years of professional experience in agile product/project management, ground services and/or other relevant fields
  • Experience in the management of cross-functional projects
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German with the ability to condense complex topics into concise messages
  • Strong customer-mindedness
  • Creative, dynamic and comfortable working in fast paced environments
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Open to work in a multi-location team with a high degree of virtual collaboration and willing to travel regularly within DACHB, as well as internationally as required
