We are currently looking for a resourceful Analytics Strategy Lead to join our Board LABS Projects innovation team.

In this position, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our data-driven initiatives. As part of the Board LABS Projects team, you will be responsible for guiding our analytics strategy within the Board Platform, leveraging predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI to drive business outcomes. You will work with a cross functional team of R&D resources, technical directors, product managers, and business-minded people to identify and develop key features needed to assist the future growth of Board.

Main duties:

• Guide a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with the company\\\'s goals and objectives, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
• Lead efforts to identify, prototype and integrate advanced predictive and prescriptive models into the Board Platform that provide actionable insights for business improvement and optimization.
• Drive research and development initiatives related to generative AI, exploring new possibilities for creating valuable data-driven products and features.
• Collaborate with product managers, R&D leads, and other stakeholders to integrate data insights and analytics into product development, user experience, and marketing strategies.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with data privacy regulations, identifying best practices for data management and security within the Board Platform.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of analytics initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments and improvements.

What we look for:

• Proven experience in a hands-on, leadership role in data analytics, machine learning, and AI.
• Strong expertise in predictive modeling, prescriptive analytics, and demonstrated interest in generative AI.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Solid understanding of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Positive, open-minded attitude, with a willingness to learn.
