AOT SIM Pilot (60%)

Your mission:

Acts as a Simulator Pilot during Air Traffic Simulations to provide the most realistic trainings to our Air Traffic Controllers for their initial and continuous trainings.

Your tasks:

Execute air traffic simulations and IFR pilot phraseology as Simulator Pilot in defined exercises and respective training events for our Air Traffic Controller Working as a Simulator Pilot in ATC simulations Controlling aircrafts and executing ICAO radiotelephony (RT) in English Simulating adjacent ATC Centres, including coordination tasks Operating life systems in simulation Collaboration with AOT expert teams Take over other specific functions (RDP, Coach, Instructor, etc.)

What we are looking for:

Proficient in executing IFR pilot phraseology (ICAO Level 4) in English Experience and qualification in Simulation ATC Radar (with Tower and/or Military is an asset) Flexibility to cope with seasonally fluctuating demand and different daily working assignments/hours Affinity in operating computers and other technical equipment (e.g. radio, telephone, etc.) Building relationships: You express gratitude and appreciation, respect personal boundaries, and invest time in genuinely caring for others and maintaining your network Motivation: You foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, acknowledging both the efforts and progress of others
