Job Description
\\n For one of our client, an multinational company based in Geneva, we are looking for :AP/AR Accountant Available immediately for a temporary mission of 4 months at 50%
- AP: books payable accounting document ;
- AP: prepare payment according to the form preparing by operations ;
- AP: Rebates collection: booking provision for rebates according to supporting documents ;
- AR: Review VAT treatment and send the invoices to the customers ;
- AR: Preparing payment from the customers ;
- AR: Communicates intercompanies each month.
- Finance & especially accounting experience ;
- ERP/financial & accounting systems management ;
- Sense of organization ;
- Documentation Skills ;
- Have a finance/accounting degree ;
- VAT return experience would be a \\xe2\\x80\\x9c+\\xe2\\x80\\x9d ;
- HR accounting and administrative experience would be a \\xe2\\x80\\x9c+\\xe2\\x80\\x9d ;
- Knowledge/ Mastering of Software M3 de infor would be a plus.
