The Application Operations team at a large accounting firm provides internal users and Application Responsible support for their applications in the Azure environment, ensuring reliability and stability. As a member of our team, you will contribute to improving operations quality, collaborating across all Information Technology operational functions, and coordinating with service stakeholders and colleagues in the global IT department.

Responsibilities

- In this position, you will be part of a team covering operations and maintenance of applications throughout Switzerland. You will proactively and independently handle incidents and requests.
- Your primary focus will be on ensuring stability, enhancing quality, and managing problems. You\\\'ll provide technical support and collaborate with external experts to troubleshoot issues.
- You will implement new features and upgrades to maintain the security and up-to-date status of our applications.
- You will develop and keep up-to-date application and training documentation, while nurturing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external ICT partners.
- You will participate in service management for local application services in conjunction with the large accounting firm\\\'s Global IT Organization.
- You will work within a diverse and multicultural team.

Requirements

- You hold a higher education degree in IT or possess proven initial experience in IT and/or Application Operation Management.
- Your operations experience is substantial, and you are well-versed in managing cloud computing services. You have hands-on experience in establishing and optimizing processes, including associated IT systems.
- It would be advantageous if you possess relevant certifications and show interest in further training related to Operations, Microsoft Azure, and Service Management ITIL. Alternatively, you are already certified in ITIL 4 Foundation or are prepared to obtain the certification.
- Your English proficiency is strong, and knowledge of German would be beneficial.
- Your organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are commendable. You are enthusiastic about working in an international environment and contributing as an innovative and motivated member of our local Applications Operations team.
