Architecture Team Lead – Switzerland
Job Description
An international e-mobility infrastructure company is looking for an Architecture Team Lead to oversee the design and delivery of high-quality charging infrastructure projects in Switzerland, while leading and developing a local architecture team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a local team of architects.
Define and implement the architectural vision aligned with European standards and local regulations.
Act as key contact for authorities, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Optimise design workflows and ensure design quality and consistency.
Collaborate closely with expansion, construction, and public affairs teams.
Profile
8+ years' experience in architecture or infrastructure projects, including leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of Swiss building regulations and permitting processes.
Confident stakeholder manager with a collaborative leadership style.
Fluent German and English.
