As an IT Product Owner Procurement, you will act as the crucial link between the business and the development team, ensuring that IT solutions align with business needs. You will help shape value-driven procurement solutions in a collaborative, purpose-led environment.

What you will do:



Act as the primary point of contact between Procurement business stakeholders and IT development teams Define and communicate the company's product vision for Ariba & SAP, aligning it with strategic goals Manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value, risk, feasibility, and best practices Gather feedback from stakeholders and drive continuous improvement Ensure smooth collaboration with IT Domain Leads and other key partners Represent IT in discussions with internal stakeholders and customers Be responsible for Budget and Invoice Management around the assigned Product Portfolio Derive a maturity heatmap for functionalities used/underutilized and make recommendations Engage with Software Providers and represent the interests of Axpo

What you bring & who you are:



University degree (Master's) in IT, Business Administration, or a related field Proven expertise in Procurement Processes and Procurement IT Tools Strong background in Product Ownership, Requirement Collection, Business Analysis, and Project Management Experience with Ariba Up/Downstream and ERP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Microsoft ERP, Fieldglass) Excellent communication and decision-making skills Languages: English and German; Spanish is a plus Ideally: experience building maturity heatmaps and optimizing tool adoption If you don't meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply
