Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies and arranging refreshments.
Serve as the main liaison with landlords and external service providers for maintenance and repairs.
Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries and support.
Assist the People & Culture team in planning and coordinating in-office events and team activities.
Organize special occasions such as birthdays and work anniversaries to foster a positive atmosphere.

A background in administrative or office management roles.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in common office tools and software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
