Own full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles across Innovation, Design, Product, and Technology
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies, especially for technical and product roles
Assess technical talent effectively, using structured evaluation methods and collaborating with engineering/product leaders
Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, leveraging market insights and data
Represent the brand externally through events, professional networks, and creative talent communities
Use the full TA tech stack (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workday, Gem) to optimize pipelines and report on funnel health
Contribute to broader talent initiatives including diversity hiring, process improvement, and hiring manager enablement

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in-house and within tech, product, design, or innovation-driven environments
Proven success hiring in hypergrowth or fast-scaling companies, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities
Strong understanding of technical and product hiring, including how to assess engineering and product management talent (also outside of technology)
Experience recruiting in creative or agency-like environments with high expectations and fast turnaround would be a plus
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions using data and insights
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
