Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across Innovation, Design, Product, and Technology, across all levels
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop tailored recruitment approaches
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
Use data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment processes
Leverage the full TA tech stack (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workday, Gem) to drive efficiency and transparency
Represent the brand externally through events, professional networks, and talent community engagement
Support broader talent initiatives including diversity, equity & inclusion, process optimization, and hiring manager enablement

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in-house and within innovation, design, product, or tech-related environments
Strong track record of hiring across a range of functions and levels, including leadership roles
Ability to think out of the box to identify the right talent
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions using data and insights
Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Comfortable working in agile, high-growth environments
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
