Fur den Bereich Filling Line / Lyophilisation innerhalb des Departements Produktion suchen wir

Aseptic Process Scientist

Sie suchen eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Herausforderung im Bereich der Sterilfiltration und Sterilabfullung und mogen selbstandiges, genaues und vernetztes Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Team? Wir haben dazu die ideale Stelle.
Sie arbeiten im Bereich Filling, Lyophilisation in der Produktion und sind in einem multidisziplinaren Team innerhalb des Value Streams integriert.

Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten im Wesentlichen:

Unterstutzung des Aseptic Leads bei der Implementierung der neuen Annex 1 Vorgaben, sowie bei der Integration der Sterility Assurance Roadmap in die Routineprozesse.
Durchfuhrung und Bewertung von Risikoanalysen, Ursachenanalysen und Risikobewertungen im aseptischen Umfeld.
Erstellung und Koordination von Anderungsantragen, welche die aseptischen Prozesse betreffen.
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von SOPs, Arbeitsanweisungen und Verfahren, welche die aseptischen Prozesse betreffen, sowie Sicherstellung des Schulungsstatus der Mitarbeitenden im aseptischen Bereich.
Erstellung von Drehbuchern fur Rauchstudien sowie Begleitung wahrend der Durchfuhrung.
Schulung und Coaching von Mitarbeitenden hinsichtlich aseptischer Arbeitsweisen und GMP-konformer Durchfuhrung.
Aktive Mitarbeit in fur die Sterility Assurance relevanten Projekten
Unterstutzung bei internen und externen Audits sowie Behordeninspektionen.
Initiierung und Koordination von Verbesserungsprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung aseptischer Herstellprozesse.
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-Vorgaben und Sterilitatsanforderungen.

Sie bringen die folgenden Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen mit:

Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Uni oder FH) in Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie oder vergleichbar - alternativ langjahrige Erfahrung in der sterilen pharmazeutischen Produktion
Minimum 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Chemie-, Pharma- oder Lebensmittelindustrie und im GMP-Umfeld
Offene, flexible Personlichkeit mit ausgepragter Teamorientierung und Motivationsfahigkeit
Fundierte Kenntnisse in aseptischer Technik, GMP und Regularien
Erfahrung im Umgang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen und Auditprozessen
Analytisches Denkvermogen sowie selbstandige, strukturierte und zuverlassige Arbeitsweise
Ausgepragte Kommunikationsstarke und Durchsetzungsvermogen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, idealerweise auch GMP-relevante Systeme wie z. B. TrackWise, LIMS, etc.)
