Asset Management | Legal Counsel | Zurich | 100% | 18 months | Oct. 2023 | CHF 140\\\'000+
Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice on fund-related questions and disclosures
Collaborate with different business units, and negotiate with third parties
Stay updated on fund regulatory developments in Switzerland and Europe
Draft legal documents in German and English for various fund-related purposes
Prepare submissions, arrange filings, and act as point of contract with regulators
Experience:
Fluent in German and English
Completed university degree in Law
In-depth knowledge of CH / LUX / EU fund regulations
Min. 5 years of PQE as Legal Counsel in the finance sector
Proven skills in drafting legal documents in German and English
