Asset Manager

Main Responsibilities

The Manager of Asset Management will provide strategic leadership and direction to develop and

implement effective asset management strategy across the TiL terminal portfolio. The primary

objective is to ensure a high level of asset availability, performance consistency, and lifecycle

optimization to support the company's operational and financial goals.

Main responsibilities

Demonstrates thorough understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) practices within a terminal asset management context.

Implement and actively monitors compliance with corporate asset management policies and requirements across the terminal portfolio.

Assess and implement best practices and new technology within the industry to ensure continuous improvement of the terminal performance and asset lifecycle management.

Conduct and coordinate the terminals asset management audits and sets terminal improvement action plans.

Ensure the implementation of an effective quality control system relevant to the execution of the asset management activities.

Ensure that company asset management policies are implemented and adhered throughout the terminal portfolio.

Demonstrate a broad experience and solid understanding of reporting dimensions in a terminal asset management environment.

Monitor, analyse, and performs quality control of terminal data and prepares the management reporting dashboard.

Establish the pro-active dialogue with the terminal and flags areas of concerns.

Audit the asset lifecycle records, including acquisition, disposal, and maintenance history.

Provide guidance and support to other internal departments relevant to asset management activities.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Skill:

Requirements and Qualifications:

A college degree in marine, electrical, mechanical, engineering, or related field. Degree in management, business or related is considered an asset.

5-7 years' experience in relevant position, demonstrating extensive knowledge of asset management principles in a terminal or equivalent Industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and mindset

Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, as well as excellent leadership and managerial skills, including planning, organizing, and directing work.

Broad experience and solid understanding of reporting dimensions in a corporate environment.

Requires more than a fair knowledge of MS office suite applications.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English is a must.
