For our Vevey-based Laboratory, we are looking for a Assistant in the hydraulic laboratory 80%.





Your mission:


Support financial controlling of R&D and investment projects using SAP and MS Excel Administration of intercompany projects, including financial controlling using SAP Travel management for customers and the R&D team Support with maintenance and renovation of the laboratory building Based in the laboratory, providing administrative and operational support to the entire R&D department including the R&D team in Kriens




Your profile:


CFC employe/e de commerce completed with a bachelor's degree of Science in Business Administration or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or financial support role Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel Experience in accounting and commercial project management Experience in SAP is an advantage Very good knowledge of French and English; additional languages are an advantage Excellent communication skills and high level of precision and quality Flexibility, reliability, team orientation as well as commitment complete your profile
