We're Hiring: Assistant Manager (Zug Area) - English-Speaking

Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to lead a dynamic, international team?

We are a bilingual childcare centre located in the Zug area and are currently looking for a

Co-

Centre Manager

to join us from

August 2025.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support a team of early years educators Ensure a warm, safe, and inspiring environment for children aged [e.g. 3 months - 5 years] Oversee daily operations and uphold Swiss childcare regulations Collaborate with parents, staff, and management Support curriculum development and implement pedagogical goals Handle scheduling, team meetings, and organizational tasks

What We're Looking For:

Qualified in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) e.g. CACHE L 3 or equivalent. Leadership or management experience in a childcare/education setting Excellent communication skills in English, German (a plus) A team player who is warm, responsible, and organized Swiss or EU passport or valid Swiss work permit
