Als LEGO Brand Retail Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) bist Du Teil des Leadership Teams und arbeitest eng mit dem Store Manager zusammen . In Abwesenheit des Store Managers ubernimmst Du die Leitung des Brand Retail Store .

Vorbildrolle fur die Mitarbeitenden im Verkauf Fachliche Fuhrung des Store Teams Personalrek r u tierung und Personaleinsatzplanung Durchfuhrung von Produkt- und Verkaufsschulung Einhaltung der CI-Richtlinien des Unternehmens Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheitsstandards Pflege und Uberwachung der Warenwirtschaft Austausch mit Facha bteilungen Administrative Tatigkeiten des Tagesgeschaft s Planung und Durchfuhrung von lokalen Events Teilnahme an Meetings

Mehrjahrige Berufs- und 2 Jahre Fuhrungserfahrung Ausgepragtes Verkaufs- und Organisationstalent sowie ein souveranes und positives Auftreten Leidenschaft und Begeisterung fur unsere LEGO Produkte Erfahrung im Umgang mi t Verkaufssystemen sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise Gute bis sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
