What you will do at Parashift
As Parashift's Assistant to the Management, you'll play a critical role in supporting our leadership team--comprising the CTO, CFO, CEO, and Head of Sales--to drive our mission of expanding Parashift's footprint in the AI-driven document automation market across Europe. Working closely with the CEO and the CFO, you'll provide essential administrative support while contributing to high-impact strategic initiatives. Here's what you'll do:
Support the management team in daily operations
, managing schedules, correspondence, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination across the CTO, CFO, CEO, and Head of Sales.
Contribute to strategic initiatives
, conducting in-depth tasks to help with the improvement of company processes and automation infrastructure.
Assist in high-level project coordination
, help managing timelines and deliverables for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with Parashift's objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders

Oversee task and project prioritization

What You Bring to Parashift's Success
The ideal candidate brings:
Work experience
: 1-2 years in team support, administrative or secretarial roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as a startup or tech company.
Proven organizational skills
: Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, correspondence, and tasks with precision, preferably in support of senior leadership or multiple stakeholders.
Education
: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; candidates with equivalent practical experience are also encouraged to apply.
Research aptitude
: Basic experience or strong interest in conducting desk research, with the ability to gather and summarize market or competitive insights.
Tech curiosity
: Familiarity with or eagerness to learn about AI-driven solutions, enterprise technology, or document automation markets (e.g., ERP or DMS systems).
Communication
: Clear and very good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional materials and interact effectively with stakeholders.
Fast learner
: Quick to grasp new concepts, tools, and processes, with a proactive and adaptable approach to tackling diverse tasks.
On-Site:
Ideally living in the area of Basel, with the ability to work close to 100% in the Sissach office.
Organized and reliable
: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
