EIV

EIV is the only

advisory company dedicated to online marketplaces.

We help founders raise growth capital from VCs and PE growth funds, for rounds of $20M-$200M. We also run sales processes for Founders / leading shareholders when it's time to exit, and we advise Private Equity on the largest buy side transactions such as AutoScout24, Idealista and Adevinta.

The Role

EIV is recruiting a smart, ambitious, AI and Tech Savvy Associate/ Analyst (80%-100%). Key tasks are:

- Researching and shortlisting new capital raising clients

- Writing pitch decks for our clients

- Financial modelling and analysis of marketplace unit economics and KPIs

- Managing outreach to founders and investors

- Helping to market EIV to potential clients and investors such as by writing, short insightful articles on marketplaces and publishing them on LinkedIn and other targeted channels

All the above is to be done in an AI-native manner,

using state of the art AI agents and AI applications

to run the above tasks in parallel and at scale, while building in a rigorous quality audit function.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- Successful track record in applying AI to automate research, analysis and outreach tasks

- An interest in venture capital evidenced by university coursework and work experience

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Strong excel and powerpoint skills plus AI native equivalents

- Completely fluent in spoken and written English (native speaker / bilingual)

- A Masters degree in Business, Finance, Management or Computer Science

- A highly resilient self-starter, motivated to deliver excellence and able to work with minimal supervision.

Terms & Conditions

The position is 100% remote, and candidates can be based anywhere in the world where they can handle CET as the main office time zone. The role has a 3-month trial period followed by permanent employment. Start date is September 1st.

Compensation will consist of a base salary and a bonus of 50%- 100% of salary. The level of the bonus will depend upon the Associate's direct output, according to a set of pre-agreed quantitative and qualitative criteria.
