Objectives of the position

• Soutien a la realisation des objectifs de vente, exploitation efficace du potentiel et augmentation du chiffre d'affaires dans la zone de vente (Territory Planning/Monitoring)
• Introduction rapide et professionnelle de nouveaux produits sur le marche
• Etablissement et entretien de relations clients avec diverses parties prenantes (chirurgiens, personnel de salle d'operation, acheteurs et autres decideurs)
• Analyse de profils clients et elaboration de plans strategiques et de plans d'action
• Coordination, organisation de formations clients, de demonstrations et d'ateliers en collaboration avec d'autres specialistes
• Participation a des congres/workshops
• Interlocuteur competent et specialise dans les procedures orthopediques
• Observation minutieuse du marche et de la concurrence

• Soutien dans la mise en place de solutions orientees Value Based Healthcare

Qualifications

• Jeune diplome/e universitaire (Master)
• Des connaissances dans le domaine de la technologie medicale sont un atout
• Langue maternelle francaise, anglais un must, allemand un plus
• Maniere de travailler autonome, proactive et structuree
• Personne passionnee par le domaine de la sante et animee d'un esprit d'entreprise
• Tres forte orientation vers les clients, la qualite et les resultats
• Ouverture a la nouveaute et le digital, sens de la collaboration, esprit d'equipe et flexibilite

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
