Position Overview:
This position is responsible for leading the contracting activities for PCH EMEA. The position serves as a strategic business partner to Catalent's Business Development, Site Operations and Legal teams and will have a lead role in the development and execution of contracts with new and existing customers, ensuring that Catalent has excellent agreements in place across the PCH portfolio with business terms that represent both Catalent's and our customer's interests.
Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of contractual documents, negotiating and interpreting customer contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements, providing guidance on complex agreements and deal structures, interacting with internal and external legal counsel in support of routine legal operations, maintaining an awareness of company business objectives and priorities and ensuring those are reflected in customer negotiations, analyzing and mitigating risk, maintaining accurate records.
