\\n General Description:\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n The Associate Director of Commercial Planning manages drug supply activities related to EU based Finished Good supply for commercial small molecule and large molecule products. This role will be responsible for developing and executing global supply planning strategies that support the company\\\'s commercial objectives while ensuring continuity of supply to meet patient needs. Partners with stakeholders to support the monthly sales and operations process (S&OP) by conducting supply/demand analysis and preparing reports. Actively manage supply with internal and external manufacture to ensure accurate and continuous supply while reducing risk and minimizing E&O. This position will be the supply chain SME/super user for SAP ERP and advanced planning system. Experience working within a GxP environment. Works with management to develop, implement and improve supply chain commercial planning processes. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\\n

\\n Responsibilities:\\n
\\n

  • Commercial Supply Planning role for commercial small molecule and large molecule products\\n
  • Lead the EU-based supply chain activities in support of on-going commercial manufacturing and new product launches\\n
\\n

  • Manage relationships with external commercial supply partners\\n
  • Develop demand/supply scenarios and requirements for commercial products as required\\n
  • Represents Supply Planning organization on Launch Readiness teams\\n
  • Participate in/support Global and EU S&OP meetings to establish forecast, demand, and supply plans\\n
  • Analyze and manage supply chain risks, including identifying potential supply disruptions and developing contingency plans\\n
  • Manage GMP inventory throughout the supply chain, manage upcoming expiry, and ensure drug product accountability\\n
  • Monitor schedule adherence of production schedules and make course corrections if needed\\n
  • Develop and manage inventory and supply strategies to optimize supply efficiency, minimize E&O while identifying risk and develop risk mitigation plans\\n
  • Provide supply chain SME/super user support for SAP S4/Hana ERP and perform planning activities\\n
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply planning processes and systems, including the implementation of new technologies and tools\\n
  • Assist in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures\\n

\\n Qualifications:\\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar education required.\\n
  • 8+ years progressive experience in Supply Chain preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, industry.\\n
  • Demonstrates experience and a strong understanding of commercial demand/supply planning and S&OP process\\n
  • Understands comprehensive global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (e.g. cGMP, ICH/GDP, GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 13)\\n
  • Strong ability to collaborate and build strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders\\n
  • Experience in deviation investigation and CAPA implementation\\n
  • Strong understanding of SAP ERP system and functionality\\n
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills\\n
  • Strong collaboration and excellent team skills to be successful in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams\\n
  • APICS supply chain certification will be advantageous\\n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook), ERP Systems,. Power BI, Advanced planning system (IBM or RapidResponse etc.)\\n
  • Due to global nature of company early morning or evening meeting may be required.\\n
