Stellenbeschreibung

Sie beraten unsere renommierten Kunden strategisch bei Bauprojekten, z. B. in den Bereichen Industrie, Logistik oder Pharma. Bereits in der Konzeptphase bringen Sie Ihr umfassendes Wissen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung des Gesamtvorhabens ein und wirken aktiv beim Projekt-Setup mit. Gemeinsam mit unserem Team verantworten Sie das Projektmanagement komplexer Bauvorhaben und stellen dabei unsere hohen Qualitats- und Servicestandards sicher. Sie koordinieren und steuern samtliche Leistungen interner und externer Projektbeteiligter. Sie uberwachen die Einhaltung der Projektziele, einschliesslich Zeit- und Kostenrahmen sowie definierter Prozesse und Systeme. Sie sind verantwortlich fur die Auswahl, Fuhrung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden. Die aktive Pflege bestehender Kontakte und Geschaftsmoglichkeiten, der Ausbau Ihres Netzwerks, die Erschliessung neuer Marktsegmente sowie die Positionierung unserer Leistungen in neuen Anwendungsfeldern gehoren ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.

Qualifikationen

Sie verfugen uber ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder ahnlich. Sie bringen mindestens zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung in den oben genannten Aufgabenfeldern mit, einschliesslich fundierter Expertise im industriellen Bauwesen. Sie haben nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Leitung oder (teilweisen) Fuhrung komplexer Grossprojekte und Programme. Sie besitzen umfassendes Wissen in moderner Teamfuhrung sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Prasentations- und Moderationsfahigkeiten, gepaart mit Durchsetzungsvermogen und Empathie. Sie verfugen uber sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Sie beherrschen den sicheren Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen und Tabellenkalkulationsprogrammen.
