The Associate Director of Procurement - Data Analytics & AI is responsible to lead the development and execution of our data-driven strategy within the procurement function. This role will be pivotal in transforming fragmented data sources into actionable insights, leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and delivering user-friendly self-service tools.

How You'll Create Impact

Drive global data analytics, AI strategy and vision for Procurement Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve data visibility, decision-making, and operational efficiency Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, IT, Finance, Continuous Improvement, PMO and business units Conceptualize, design, implement, processes driving Procurement strategy and manage change management across systems that support such processes Oversee the design and implementation of ETL pipelines and data models using tools like SQL, Snowflake, and Python Develop and maintain scalable analytics solutions that support procurement KPIs and reporting Apply machine learning techniques to identify cost-saving opportunities, forecast financial performance, optimize supplier financial performance Champion the use of AI tools to automate and enhance procurement processes Lead the development of user-facing tools and dashboards using PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, and frameworks such as Yii2+ and Laravel Translate business needs into technical requirements and product roadmaps Manage delivery timeline of Procurement tech enablers Manage and mentor a global team of data analysts, engineers, and developers

Your Background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of experience in data analytics, product management and AI within a corporate environment Strong proficiency in Programming & Analytics: Python, Pandas, NumPy Strong proficiency in AI & ML Tools: Scikit-learn, machine learning algorithms Strong proficiency in Data Engineering: SQL, ETL, Snowflake, data modelling Strong proficiency in Web Development: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Yii2+, Laravel Proven record of managing cross-functional and offshore teams Experience in procurement or supply chain analytics is a strong plus Fluency in English
