Interpath's Deals team supports clients throughout the deal lifecycle, providing financial due diligence, carve-out and valuation support on domestic and cross-border transactions. We are looking for a talented Associate Manager to join our newly launched Transaction Services team in Zurich and deliver projects for an exciting mix of clients including top tier Private Equity and Corporate clients. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a start-up team within an established and successful business.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Managing Directors in a truly entrepreneurial work environment, setting up and developing a leading Deal Advisory practice in Switzerland alongside bright and energetic people.
Associate Managers at Interpath works across the entire deal life cycle, delivering buy-side & sell-side projects for high profile clients and working closely with M&A, Value Creation and Debt Advisory colleagues within Interpath. They also benefit from ongoing training and development in addition to mentoring from our Directors and Managing Directors to build their networks and gain experience of business development and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
Analyse historical and forecast financial information, including quality of earnings, net debt and working capital
Identify key deal issues, risks and value drivers, communicating them clearly to clients
Prepare accurate, impactful reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
Manage and coach junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Coordinate with internal specialists (Tax, Valuation, Strategy, Legal) and international teams
Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities
