Working in Product Factories, Global Business Line Excitation in Turgi, Switzerland, you will be leading the execution of small projects for grid code studies and component deliveries, ensuring that they are executed in line with procedures, specifications, standard requirements, and targets. In this role you will drive the formal acceptance of the project by the customer, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.

Order Handling Manager

Your responsibilities
  • Assisting the Project Controls department to define all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans
  • Monitoring and controlling project progress, resources and financials
  • Identifying, and managing risks, while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued
  • Coordinating with the Procurement and Logistics team to procure required services, materials, and equipment
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer enquiries and an escalation point for project issues
  • Documentation of all relevant processes and training of the team for new processes
  • Deputy of Master Data during absences
Your background
  • 2-5 years of experience in project execution working as order handling specialist or project manager
  • Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors
  • Confident handling of MS Office & SAP R/3
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
