About the Role
We are currently recruiting an Audit Manager or Senior Manager with expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting to join a highly respected global advisory firm in Zug. This is a client-facing leadership position within the Trade, Industries & Services division of the external audit team.
You will lead integrated and statutory audits for both private and listed companies preparing financial statements under US GAAP, IFRS, and Swiss law. The role offers unique exposure to non-financial audits, including ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) reporting, and opportunities to work closely with senior client stakeholders across multinational groups.
Responsibilities

• Lead integrated audits for companies reporting under US GAAP and filing with the SEC
• Manage statutory audits under Swiss law and IFRS for private and public companies
• Oversee ESG audit mandates and contribute to the development of sustainable assurance offerings
• Coordinate large-scale, multi-location audits, managing internal teams and global firm collaboration
• Prepare audit files for partner review and present findings to client boards and senior management
• Advise clients on complex technical accounting issues and regulatory developments
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships and help develop new opportunities

Your Profile

• More than 5 years of audit experience at a Big 4 or international firm
• US CPA (or equivalent qualification) completed
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, PCAOB, and SOX regulations
• Proven experience managing international and multi-location audits
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
• Client-focused, proactive, and committed to high-quality service delivery
