Das Brisket - Southern BBQ & Bar wurde im Mai 2015 direkt beim Bahnhof Hardbrucke im Zurcher Kreis 5 eroffnet. Es ist spezialisiert auf Southern BBQ, also auf das Smoken ganzer Fleischstucke im eigens aus Texas importierten Smoker. Kombiniert wird das authentische Southern BBQ mit einer klassischen American Bar. Das Brisket strahlt ein authentisches, urbanes Ambiente aus und fokussiert sich auf hochste Qualitat gepaart mit unseren Grundmerkmalen Herzlichkeit, Naturlichkeit und Style.
